Fall Leadership Conference, Rocky Mount

PHi Beta Lambda held it's annual Fall Leadership Conference in Rocky Mount this year on the weekend of November 2nd-4th. Our chapter had several students attend and participate in several seminars such as "Interviewing Skills", "Starting a business", "Professional dress" and "Running for state office". In addition to twenty-two people receiving awards for being members of PBL, we also received the following awards:
-An award for participating in the "Non trivia" team
-3rd largest Chapter membership in the central region
-2007-2008 Gold Star Chapter Award
Attendee Anjennette Michelle Holder exclaimed, "I had a great time. It was at the conference that I gained more passion for PBL. Most of my ideas came from talking to different people and networking with other members. I can’t wait for the next one."
