Dr. Prescott, advisor for PBL, led a parliamentarian procedure workshop for two sessions. The first met on October 31st and focused on being an effective member of a group or club. The second session met on November 7th and focused on being an officer. This seminar was sponsored by the members of PBL. In both sessions, students were taught by Dr. Prescott, among many other items, how to make a motion, propose an amendment, serve as a presiding officer, and object to a decision of the chair.
